The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by the bar. Modern appliances in the kitchen: electronic stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooker hood, glass ceramic disk for cooking and a refrigerator.

For your entertainment we added satellite television with many Czech and international programs, a fast Wi-Fi connection is also an addition.

The balcony with a seating set has a view into the beautiful area and you can use the balcony even in bad weather because it has glass sliding door which close the balcony.

The bathroom is designed with a shower, sink with LED lighting , washing machine, dryer and has cozy floor heating.

If by any chance you are driving we have a garage where you can park. After parking, as you get out of the car you will be able to take the elevator up to your apartment. You also have shopping choices as you step of of the building. Like the pharmacy, (highly chosen by locals) restaurant in the area, Potrefená Husa and a grocery store, Lidl.

If you love sports there are biking, running and inline paths for you along Vltavy. A spacious Folimanka Park is huge with a playground for children and is very close.
