Reception

Housing does not necessarily mean worrying. In building F2 there is a reception, which can assist you - 24 hours a day - with solving all issues related to using your rental apartment. It can also provide above-standard services (such as apartment cleaning, laundry, etc.).

Parking for more than 300 cars

Living in the city center does not necessarily have to mean facing difficulties to find a parking space. You can get to our three-story underground garage (with a capacity of more than 300 vehicles) comfortably by elevator directly from your apartment in Albertov Rental Apartments. Access to the garages is guarded by a smart card system and by security video cameras. The underground car park is available for all long-term tenants and for all guests renting an apartment for a short-term. Some parking spaces are reserved to supermarket and restaurant guests. A fee for using the car park is added to the rent. It is possible to rent more parking spaces for one apartment unit.

Shopping center

Further services can be provided by the shopping center, which is a part of the Albertov Rental Apartments premises and which partially represents their natural boundary. The shopping center includes a stylish two-story restaurant, a supermarket, a pharmacy, an optician's, or a trendy-style café.
